As some of you may know, I enjoy to write. English was actually one of my favorite subjects in school with history close behind. Anyway, I was struggling with the fact that my mom was no longer here with us. Writing has always been a release for me, but it comes and goes. Most times I can’t force it to come. What Is Love? : An Original Poem

This whole week I’ve been at a loss on what to write about. So I think I’ll share a poem I wrote back in 2010 (throwing it way back now!). It’s one of my favorites, an oldie but a goodie. I opened my childhood diaries in search of the exact date when I wrote it. It took quite a bit of detective work (one of my favorite things) but I was able to find it! The Heartbreak Of Losing Someone You’ve Never Met: My Story

Okay, so this one is gonna be hard to do.. Sure I’ve had heartbreaks before. I had 2 official boyfriends and some unofficial ones before my now husband and they all ended in a heartbreak, mine. Out of the official ones, one was 3 months and the other one was just a month, but still. I emotionally invested myself into those relationships.

How can you emotionally invest yourself in a person whom you’ve never met before you might ask? That question yields many answers, but they aren’t very easy to type out.
